Shipping & returns

Straightforward, and honest about the parts we can't control.

How we ship

Every order is packed by hand at the studio and shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Westland, Michigan. We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays; orders placed after 2 PM roll to the next shipping day.

Packaging

Tea tins are cushioned in shredded, unbleached kraft paper and shipped in curbside-recyclable corrugated boxes. We do not use plastic peanuts, air pillows, or foil-lined mailers.

If something's wrong

Tea is a food product, and we want you to be genuinely happy with what shows up. If a tea isn't for you, email help@alliceteaspot.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the tea in question or replace it with something you'll like better. No forms, no restocking fees, no photos of the tin required.

We can't accept returns of opened teas back into inventory (food safety), but that doesn't change the refund policy above — please just don't ship the tin back unless we ask.

Damaged in transit

USPS occasionally has a bad day. If a package arrives crushed, dented, or wet, please snap a quick photo and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately.

Wholesale

Wholesale orders ship on their own schedule. Contact David directly for pricing, MOQs, and lead times.
