These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alliceteaspot.com and any purchases you make from Allice Teaspot ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and cancel orders in the rare case of stock-outs or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Details on shipping and returns are in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package, but if something arrives damaged we will make it right — see the Shipping policy for how.
We describe our teas as accurately as we can. Colors, appearance and flavor may vary slightly from harvest to harvest — that's part of buying a small-batch agricultural product. Health claims are not made about any tea sold on this site; nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The Allice Teaspot name, logo, blend names, photographs and copy on this site are our property. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit. Commercial reuse requires written permission.
If you send us reviews, testimonials or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them on our website and marketing materials, with attribution where practical. You confirm that anything you submit is yours to share.
Don't use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, or that interferes with normal operation (scraping at abusive rates, attempting to breach security, uploading malware, etc.). We reserve the right to block access if necessary.
The site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allice Teaspot's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
