2. Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude Massachusetts sales tax where applicable. We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but harvests vary and typographical errors happen. If a price is clearly wrong or an item is out of stock, we will contact you before taking payment and you may cancel at no cost.
3. Orders
An order is accepted only when we confirm it by phone or email. We may decline an order, for example where stock has run out or where we cannot verify the delivery address. Payment is taken at the point of confirmation.
4. Delivery
We ship within the United States only, via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns.
5. Returns
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 30 days. Opened food products cannot be accepted back for safety reasons. Damaged or incorrect goods are replaced or refunded in full. Full detail is on our returns page.
6. Product information and health
Descriptions on this site are our tasting notes, not medical advice. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products are food, not supplements. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to a qualified professional before making changes to what you drink. Teas are packed in a facility that also handles nuts, dried fruit and spices.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping at volume, no attempts to interfere with its operation, no automated ordering, and no use of our content for another commercial site.
8. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, blend names and the logo on this site belong to Allice Tea Spot and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the state and federal courts located in Plymouth County, Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction.
