Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm on a business day are usually packed the same day, and always within two business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is printed. We do not ship on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays.
Packaging
Tea travels in resealable kraft pouches with a foil liner, inside a recyclable corrugated box. The harvest year and pack date are printed on every pouch.
Where we ship
All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Returns
Unopened goods: return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email office@alliceteaspot.com first so we can issue a return reference; return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the return is our error.
Opened tea: for food-safety reasons we cannot accept opened food products back into stock. That said, if a tea is genuinely not what the description promised, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right — usually with a replacement or credit.
Damaged or wrong items: send a photograph to office@alliceteaspot.com within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund in full, including postage, and we will not ask you to return the damaged goods.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return or the photograph. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a USPS enquiry and, in most cases, simply resend your order.
Cancellations
Call 781-834-3952 before your order ships and we will cancel it at no charge.
